I turned on the water
I laid down in the bath tub
I floated up for each inhale
I sank for each exhale
I felt worried
I have a job where I say goodbye to people
Usually they just wave back
or they say 'thank you'
I picture different instances in life
as clips from a documentary
about the end of the world
They don't have music
and they all end with a serious statement
I turned the water off
I always wait until all of the water has drained
before I get out
I'm not sure why
