It is night time (technically, it's morning)

We are both vampires.
We walk to a graveyard during the night.
‘How about that guy?’
“Okay that sounds good.”
We kill someone and drink their blood.
“What if this person had a family.”
‘He probably did.’
I said that I felt bad and you said that I shouldn’t because
we have to do this to survive and that’s how things are.

We walk to a 7/11.
The cashier says hello to us.
I said 'hi' back to him.
You got a Mountain Dew slurpie and I didn’t get anything.
You cut the cashier’s throat and he fell back and died, bleeding on the ground.
“What if the cameras saw that?”

We walk to a park and we jump over big things that humans can’t jump over.
I tried to remember what being alive was like.
The only thing I could remember was being worried about life.
“How come we never worried about death when we were alive? We only worried about living.”
“That seems stupid because we were already alive, so what’s the point?”
“We went through life worrying if the next moment was going to be enjoyable for us,
but it couldn’t be because then we were worrying about the next moment and then you bit me and
now I’m a vampire and everything is okay.”
‘Being dead is a good stress reliever.’
You jumped over a volleyball net.
“Why did you bite me?”
‘I don’t know. Try to jump over that tree.’

We walk back to the graveyard.
You kicked over a gravestone.
“The family is going to be upset.”
